Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026Uma Tools is a free, unofficial fan tool for players of Umamusume: Pretty Derby, operated by a private individual. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country, and at least the minimum age required by any sign-in provider you use, such as Discord).
2. The service
Uma Tools lets you browse game data and plan builds. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", for personal, non-commercial use. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued, at any time without notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
Important: there is currently no password-reset flow. If you sign up with a username and password and then forget that password, you may permanently lose access to that account and the data saved to it. Signing in with Discord avoids this, since access is tied to your Discord login rather than a password only you hold.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• disrupt, overload, or attack the service or its infrastructure;
• scrape or bulk-download the site through automated means;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Game content and intellectual property
Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and all related names, characters, artwork, and game data, are the property of Cygames, Inc. and their respective owners. Uma Tools is an unofficial, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cygames. Game data and images shown here belong to their rights holders and are used to help players; all other rights remain with them. The site's own code and interface belong to its author.
6. No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. Game data may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and is provided for reference only. We do not guarantee that the service will be accurate, available, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data or reliance on information shown.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts, or discontinue the service, at any time, including in response to abuse or misuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
